The Tannery Barn is an event space located in Taneytown, MD, specifically meant for weddings and other private events. TB uses their Dubsado to manage wedding clients, hourly rentals and schedule tours and other meetings on property.

We worked closely with The Tannery Barn to audit their Dubsado platform.
We found multiple error messages, as well as miscommunications with their clients and team members.
Following the audit, we provided a full Dubsado Set Up where we revamped their workflows, re-designed their forms and simplified their process.

Crossroads Bistro is a catering and food truck business located in Edgemere, MD. CB specializes in providing fresh ingredients and delicious food for local events, such as weddings, private and community events and more.
They were previously using 17Hats as their CRM, but came to us looking for help with transitioning their business to Dubsado. -
WHAT WE DID
We worked closely with the Crossroads Bistro team to discuss what they were hoping to improve within their client processes.
We found multiple mishaps in their process and very little organization when it came to managing their to do list and team scheduling.
To fix these bottlenecks, we set them up in both Dubsado and Click Up, and utilized Zapier integrations to make sure both tools worked seamlessly.
